Four more batches of beer started last night; all Brewhouse 13l kits:
210: Stout
211: Cream Ale
212: Munich Dark Ale
213: Red Ale
As usual with February brewing, this helps us get a start on a summer beer supply, but also includes some good dark varieties for winter enjoyment.
These will need to be racked to glass on the weekend, then let sit for a few weeks. Ted won’t be back until early April so we will probably hold off on bottling until then.
